Unlock Requests
Need a GSM phone unlocked? Fill out the form below to get the process started! We can provide remote unlock codes for most manufacturers and service providers EXCEPT Nokia. For iPhone unlocking (we currently unlock and jailbreak all all 3G and 3Gs software versions) we will need you to send us your phone. Please use our estimate request form for this service.
Once we have received your request, we will invoice you through Paypal. After we receive your payment, we will generate the subsidy unlock code. It can take 24 hours for US and Canadian service providers (other service providers and certain models can take longer). Once we have your code, it will be emailed with detailed instructions on how to enter it on your phone.
We will only offer refunds if we cannot provide you an unlock code. We cannot be held responsible for handset damage due to improper code entry, excessive attempts, or incorrect information provided. If you are local and prefer that we enter subsidy unlock code, there will be an additional charge.
