GSM SIM Unlocking
Typically GSM cell phones sold in the United States and Canada, as well as many sold in Europe, are SIM locked. Due to the subsidized pricing of the handsets when sold, most service providers restrict the handset to ONLY read their particular SIM card. This SIM restriction can be removed using a code unique to each phone. Removing this restriction allows the use of any SIM card from any service provider. For most phones, this restriction can be removed by entering a 'subsidy' code into the handset. For Nokia and Apple's iPhone, the handset must be connected to a computer to remove the SIM restriction.
Code Unlocking
By providing us with the service provider your cell phone was intended to be used on and its IMEI, we can generally provide this code in less than 24 hours. Once we have your unique code, it will be sent to you via email. The unlocking process is generally straightforward and simply requires putting the SIM card you intend to use in the cell phone and then entering the code we provide when prompted. For phones with more complex unlocking procedures, we will email the instructions with the code. We are not responsible for damage to your cell phone if the process is not completed correctly. If preferred, we can perform this process for an additional charge.

Please note that pricing for some GSM Blackberry models can be as much as $45. We will always try to provide the service for the lowest price possible and will contact you if that option is not available.
We will only offer refunds if we cannot provide you an unlock code.
Computer based Unlocking
- Apple - We can now unlock and jailbreak ALL 3G and 3Gs iPhone software versions for $25 (+ return shipping if required)
- Nokia - at present we do not offer unlocking services for Nokia cell phones.
