Cell Phone Repair Services
Our goal is to offer the highest quality cell phone repairs possible. We only use OEM replacement parts. These are the parts designed and made by your phone’s manufacturer. Experience has shown that the quality, fit and finish of aftermarket parts are substandard and will greatly reduce the integrity of your repair.
Our procedures are designed to make your cell phone repair experience as quick, and inexpensive as possible.

Upon receipt of your phone, a technician will perform a complete inspection. While we ask for a detailed explanation of the problems you are experiencing when the handset is shipped to us, our inspection assures us of catching any secondary issues. It also allows us to be sure your handset is returned in the best possible condition.
Given our 9+ years of experience, quality control and exclusive use of OEM replacement parts, we can back the quality of our work with a 120 day warranty on all labor and offer the same warranty terms as the manufacturer (against defect) on all components used in the repair of your device. (If your handset already has aftermarket parts installed, we will reinstall them, but this will void our warranties.)
Since all repairs are done at our facility, our turn around time is generally within 2-3 business days. We stock a large inventory of repair components and our inventory is constantly adjusted to meet demand.
If you are local, or will be in the area, our cell phone repair center is open for walk in repairs Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Pricing:
All repairs are subject to a $10 bench fee. (For a specific quote for the repair of your phone, please contact us directly.) This fee must accompany all phones shipped to us and my be paid by Money Order, Cashier's Check or you may request an Paypal invoice be sent for Credit or Debit card payment. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Given the extensive list of phones and manufacturers we support, the volume of parts we can replace, and that many repairs require additional parts not immediately evident, we welcome all requests for estimates. Once you are ready to send us your phone, fill out the submission form completely. Send the completed form, your $10 payment (or paypal receipt) and phone to us at:

We recommend shipping your phone to us in a secure and traceable manner. We cannot be responsible for phones we do not receive.
Please send only you phone and battery. Do not include any additional accessories (SIM cards, SD cards, cases, chargers, etc). We will not be held responsible for missing items.
Payment Methods:
Invoices for completed repairs are sent and are payable through Paypal. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks if you prefer. We cannot accept personal checks or credit card payments by phone.
Disclaimers: All parts replaced become the property of Blue Ridge Wireless. All handsets received without the Bench Fee will not be worked on and cannot be returned until the Bench Fee is received. (You will receive a separate invoice). All undeliverable handsets returned to us will be reshipped at the owner’s expense plus a $5 handling fee. All handsets not claimed after 30 calendar days become the property of Blue Ridge Wireless. All invoices left unpaid after 30 days will result in forfeit of the handset and will become the property of Blue Ridge Wireless.
Free UPS return shipping only applies to thelower 48 states. All handsets will be returned via UPS ground at our expense. UPS automatically insures each shipment for $100, additional insurance and shipping options are at the customer’s expense. Alternative shipping methods are at the customer’s expense.
