Online Database
An integral part of the repair process is keeping our clients informed throughout the repair process. To enable this, we have created a custom online database system.
Our larger clients are now able to directly log all phones being sent for repair into the database prior to shipment. This allows for an accurate record of what is being (and has been) sent to our facility for greater inventory control and accountability. The system supports individual or multiple handset entry.
Once the cell phone is received, the database is updated to indicate that the new status of the handset. At each stage of the repair process, the database will continue to be updated. Each update generates an automated email to the client noting any changes since the last update. As well, full login access allows the client to search the database at any time using a variety of criteria to check on the status of any handset that is currently (or has ever been) in our facility.
The fields within the file can be custom tailored to suit the specific needs of our clients and can be integrated into an existing system.
